What is the goal of the training?

Giving and receiving feedback is not an art, and yet there are a few things to keep in mind. What constitutes constructive feedback? What attitude and what rules are important so that feedback triggers the desired development steps? Our workshops create the environment in which participants learn to achieve the optimal effect with feedback.

10 participants per training are ideal.

Location

We can conduct our trainings anywhere. The only requirement is that a suitable seminar infrastructure is available.

Trainer

Our trainers are certified and have the methodological tools for designing trainings and workshops. Several years of experience in the successful facilitation of team and group processes is a basic requirement for all our trainers. We evaluate all trainings with participant feedback.
