
Start individual feedback requests
To support self-control in teams, every user in LoopNow can initiate a feedback request on his or her profile. This function is particularly interesting for managers who want to get regular feedback from their team independently of the HR department.
Examples of operational questions for the team, evaluation by team members on a 5-star scale, approval):
- My current priorities are clear to me.
- I have enough 1:1-time with my manager.
- My manager has a clear picture of my current challenges.
These questions are already stored in the LoopNow topic and question library (Title: Quickcheck for Managers 1).
When the questions have been selected, the planning of the survey starts automatically and the user can change the title, choose who should be surveyed and when, and whether participation should be anonymous. Individuals or groups/teams can be selected as feedback providers (depending on which characteristics you have created in LoopNow).
Custom questions
Managers can access the person topics in the library at any time or formulate their own open questions (only comment field, no scale).
If managers need to use user-defined scales, the admin can store new topics and questions in the library for them after consultation. Some companies develop company-specific questionnaires in workshops. The Loopline Academy willingly supports you in this process.
