Weight Key Results
In some cases, it can be useful to assign different weights to Key Results. This is particularly relevant when the achievement of the targets is tied to bonuses or salary payments.
To assign a percentage weight to a Key Result, simply enter the desired value (e.g., 30) in the "Weighting" field during the creation of the Key Result or afterwards.
Keep in mind that the weight assigned to all Key Results associated with an Objective cannot exceed 100%. If you leave the fields blank, the system will assign equal weight to the remaining Key Results automatically.
