Why is feedback important?
Honest and constructive feedback is the most valuable thing a team can give each other. Good feedback allows us to constantly evolve and grow in our job as well as as a person. One of our corporate values is 'team orientation' and regular feedback is part of it.
What was your worst feedback?
Towards the end of last year, I no longer took the time to reflect and give feedback and demand it. I lost my empathy as a result, a fact that was reflected in a feedback.
Why is feedback important in change processes?
Change processes are never one-dimensional and always take place on multiple levels, including at team level. Feedback can be a very effective tool to manage change processes at this level.
