Feedback is important in both directions because it leads to greater transparency and mutual understanding in the collaboration.

The worst feedback is when it attacks your core values or deepest beliefs - this is something that is very difficult to change.
How important is feedback in change processes?
Being able to give constant feedback requires an extensive change process - few of us are used to it.
