Manage (partial) visibility of results
In LoopNow, the administrator determines which users or user groups can see all results or partial results of a survey (e.g. for department heads).
1. Full visibility in survey results
In the settings of the survey, the administrator can globally define for which users (groups) the results of a survey are visible. To do this, they enter the names of the persons or groups in the field provided. In many companies, management and HR have full visibility into the results.
Administrators do not automatically have access to survey results. On the system side, only the name of the creator of the survey is automatically entered in the visibility but can be removed.
2. Partial visibility into survey results
In order to make partial results visible for selected users (groups), the administrator can activate this function in the settings of the survey. To do this, the checkbox below the visibility field must be activated.
Under the "user attributes" menu item, users can be defined who should be able to view the results for the selected group(s) when this function is activated in the survey settings.
Example: Department heads only see the results for their own department.
For this, the corresponding users do NOT have to be included in the general visibility above (otherwise they would have full visibility into the results.
